Kohls has quality brands at very good prices. Their merchandise is often on sale. They keep coming back time and time again with irresistible and hard to pass on coupons to shop. If you are gone too long, they will give you back to shop with them with an invitation coupon and free money. Their in-store agents are very nice and helpful.

I ordered SO jeans online and received 2 pairs of jeans with safety tags. I called customer service and was told I could choose based on distance from the store. I could bring them back and have the tags removed, throw them away and get a refund or ship more pants and the customer service rep apologized. They were fantastic!

I visited a lot of stores this year to buy back to school clothes for kids. Most were out of stock and very limited in variety, but Kohl's was great. You can also apply for a credit card there, anything to save money. Having a return policy is amazing! You can return anything for any reason at any time. Shipping can take about 1 to 2 weeks.

Was doing some Christmas shopping and buying clothes for my 4 year old daughter who is with me. We did a lot of shopping and my daughter who is with me was very busy and wanted to help. Sheila was very patient and friendly with me and my daughter, she was very down to earth, smiling and talking to my daughter.
